OPTIJECT
IOL Delivery System
OPTIJECT Intraocular Lens (IOL) delivery system consists of a sterile, single use disposable injector and cartridge. OPTIJECT IOL Delivery Systems are used for the implantation of acrylic foldable intra ocular lenses. The cartridge and injector components are made of biocompatible medical grade polypropylene. The “OPTIJECT” cartridge ensures the accuracy of the IOL’s placement during injection.
FEATURES
Biotech Optiject Intraocular Lens (IOL) Delivery System is a sophisticated medical device meticulously designed to facilitate the precise implantation of acrylic foldable intraocular lenses during eye surgeries, particularly cataract surgery and other intraocular lens implantation procedures.
Improves Surgery Workflow: Biotech Optiject is engineered to enhance the overall workflow of ophthalmic surgeries, particularly those involving the implantation of intraocular lenses. Its intuitive design and user-friendly interface streamline the surgical process, allowing surgeons to perform procedures more efficiently and with greater precision.
Ensures Smooth and Controlled IOL Implantation: One of the standout features of Biotech Optiject system is its ability to ensure smooth and controlled implantation of intraocular lenses. The system’s advanced mechanism and ergonomic design enable surgeons to achieve optimal placement of the lens within the eye, minimizing the risk of complications such as decentration or tilt post-surgery.
Precision Engineering: Biotech Optiject Intraocular Lens (IOL) Delivery System is meticulously engineered to deliver precise and accurate results. From the spring-action injector to the soft-tip design, every component is crafted with precision to facilitate seamless intraocular lens implantation while maintaining the integrity of delicate eye tissues.
Single-Hand Operation: The injector of Biotech Optiject system features a spring-action mechanism that allows for single-hand operation. This innovative design frees up the surgeon’s other hand, providing greater flexibility and control during the surgical procedure. It also minimizes the need for assistance in the operating room, thereby streamlining the surgical process.
